This agreement is a legal contract between you and GLaDOS VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, trademark misuse, reverse engineering, source extraction, translation of app text, or derivative development is prohibited. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will communicate material changes appropriately. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device is not recommended.
This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.
Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network connection, either Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid device service, data caps, poor signal, carrier restrictions, or local network conditions. Mobile data charges or roaming fees may apply outside Wi-Fi. Before using the App, confirm that you have permission from the bill payer and an appropriate data plan.
Users are responsible for their own use of the App. Service interruptions caused by device power loss, system restrictions, or third-party network failures are not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate route and node information, but some data may come from third-party partners; we are not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by such data. To ensure compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services within reasonable legal and operational limits.
